Anaïs and Arnaud Pasquette – La Ferme de la Leu, Domaine de Beaurepaire

After several years caring for others as a paramedic and a nurse, Anaïs and Arnaud chose to dedicate themselves to caring for the land. Their search for meaning brought them to the Domaine de Beaurepaire, where they created La Ferme de la Leu, a market garden project deeply connected to the spirit and values of the estate.

More than just a vegetable garden, their initiative reflects a shared ambition to bring new life to the domain through a local, sustainable activity that respects biodiversity. Their work is based on responsible growing practices, attention to natural cycles, and small-scale production.

Their goals are twofold:
  • to offer healthy, seasonal vegetables, grown locally with ethics and transparency;
  • to create a place for sharing, learning and connection, where visitors can see fruits and vegetables growing before enjoying them on their plates.

At the foot of the château, La Ferme de la Leu plays a key role in the life of the Domaine de Beaurepaire, contributing to its vision of reconnecting people with the land and with the food they eat.
